Girl with Giant red fish Banana River, Florida

On a recent outing in the Banana River , Florida, Carrie Shealey caught this enormous red fish. This was her first big redfish that she was able to sight cast to it and land on her own. The battle only took about 10 minutes on 10 pound test.  She was fishing with her husband Tyler Shealey known for his marine realted business Castaway Customs.

Louisiana has great redfishing and Captain Greg Dini tells us Raneigh from New York is a great Fly fishing women. Here’s a picture of a nice red fish she caught while fly fishing with Fly Water Expedition out of New Orleans.
